Overture sueing Google

Overture has a lawsuit against Google over infringement of a patent. The lawsuit has to do with Google Adwords. Evidently Overture had this suit going before it was bought by Yahoo! I don't think this is very important and there are enough differences in the product that Google will walk away on this one. That brings to mind almost any pay-per-click advertising company ouot there would be interested in the results of this. After all, most of them have copied the way that Overture did it and do it for less. Of course, this would be because they have far less traffic than Yahoo.
