Being an opinionated person helps in marketing.

When it comes to this blog and any of the success it may have in the future regarding influencing people for marketing, I think it helps to be an opinionated person. Only an opinionated person would have the nerve to believe that his opinions mattered in this world of billions of opinions. But that's what good marketing is about too. A good salesperson always believes in his product and what he's doing and that he's almost doing a divine work. And if these are person who believes in God, that he really is doing a divine work. Believing in what you do and what you have to offer other people is a cornerstone of good marketing and being opinionated helps too. Only people that have strong opinions will be able to influence people who don't. I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with people who don't have solid opinions, but for some of us in opinion means something about who we are and what we do. Not everyone has the same convictions.

So I believe that a good marketing strategy comes from people who have strong opinions about what it will take to sell something or promote something. If someone is wishy-washy on the subject of a product or service or something that they need to sell, they won't so very much of it. You must believe that what you're doing is excellent and is needed by your fellow man. You must also believe that what you're saying is right until you are proven otherwise. There's just something about a person with conviction that changes things like nothing else. He doesn't necessarily have to be very smart or educated, but he must believe in what he's doing and that is helping other people form new opinions. Sometimes it bothers people I know when I get is opinionated as I get but that's the way I've always been. Some people don't like to hear it. For those people like tone it down a little bit when were in a social situation, but when it comes to really convincing somebody of what I believe and whites the right thing, there's no stopping.

So I think the same thing applies to web marketing, you have to believe in what you're doing. You also have to believe in what you're selling or promoting. If you don't you won't provide the tools of the information that people want to see in order to make a valued decision. So focusing in on a web site theme is about conviction and belief. If you can convey that sense of urgency, love for product and pertinent information, then your web marketing efforts can be nothing but successful.
