IceRocket search engine, for college students?

I found this article on IceRocket.com saying that it's a college search engine. I don't know what the article was trying to say, but what is the college search engine? This search engine has been a regular search engine like any meta search engine has been. What it offers is what most other ones offer except for something called phone pics, which is something that maybe a lot of college students think is cool. I don't know about you, but thumbing through phone pics isn't very interesting in this vast world of information. I like the IceRocket search engine but there has to be more than just something like this and they have more than that. They have a lot of neat features that some of the others don't offer and that's what I think should be emphasized. It's nice and I use it too.
